Dakiya specializes in domestic courier services. We do not currently provide international shipping. Our services include package pickup, transportation, and delivery to specified addresses within the serviceable area.

3. Eligibility

To use Dakiya’s services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Ensuring packages comply with local and national regulations.
  • Properly packaging items to prevent damage during transit.
  • Providing accurate recipient information, including addresses and contact details.
  • Not shipping prohibited items, including hazardous materials, illegal goods, or restricted items.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be shipped through Dakiya:

  • Explosives, firearms, and ammunition.
  • Perishable goods without proper packaging.
  • Illegal drugs or substances.
  • Items restricted by local, state, or federal laws.
Dakiya reserves the right to reject or dispose of prohibited items without notice.

6. Liability and Insurance

Dakiya takes reasonable care in handling packages but is not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage caused by improper packaging.
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or natural disasters.
For additional coverage, users may opt for package insurance during booking.

7. Fees and Payments

Service charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Payments must be made at the time of booking. Failure to pay may result in service cancellation.

8. Claims and Disputes

Dakiya reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue services without prior notice.

13. Refund Policy
